Application

CY-SL series CNC lathes – its strength, dynamic and static rigidity, mechanics of main parts, guard and coolant system are all advanced in design. This series lathe, designed with high vibration strength, adopts high grade cast iron bed base, slant guideways, a high precision through–hole spindle driven by large–field AC main motor. Key parts like bearings of main spindle and feeding screw are all famous foreign products.
The lathe is designed with unique appearance, easy–operated panel, full–enclosed guard, which can prevent the leakage of water, power and oil effectively. It is the most powerful product in its class due to the large power, excellent accuracy and high performance.

45 slant bed construction assures solid support of turret, high rigidity against blending and efficient chip removal, The spindle has high accuracy and high rigidity, The Guide-way is made of high quality cast-iron and induction hardened.
Independent spindle with imported brand V-belt, high precision spindle bearings and high-speed grease ensures fast and stable machine start.
Linear rolling guide way provides high feed speed, high precision, rigidity and small friction.
Taiwan hydraulic turret or foreign servo turret are optional and all high rigidity, high precision and reliable locking. Hydraulic manual locking tailstock is optional as well.
